Now accepting applications for STAR Teacher Cohort 3.
Complete these three steps of the application process and send
all documents to Lara Eddy
by Friday, April 2, 2010.
1. Complete the
online application.
2. Review and sign the Memorandum of Understanding at the end of
the application form.
3. Attach the following to your application:
- a completed standards-based lesson.
- a sample student product and teacher reflection that resulted
from the lesson submitted.
- one letter of recommendation
